1. Loops and samples offered by Function Loops are 100% royalty free, once purchased - you can use them in your commercial productions (sell to labels, perform live, release etc.)
2. You may not resell, re-license, trade, upload, copy, share or
distribute the sounds. They are licensed only to you. Ownership remains with Function Loops.
3. Sounds, loops and samples offered by Function Loops are licensed to you, not sold.
4. You can edit or re-work the sounds. They are made to use in commercial productions
or other musical compositions (your own tracks, songs, music, video games etc.).
5. Unauthorized use or duplication of Function Loops products is a
violation of the ‘Terms & Conditions’ and is strictly prohibited by the Law of Israel and
other countries.
AI Training & Machine Learning Prohibition
Function Loops content may not be used for AI training, machine learning, model fine-tuning, dataset creation, voice cloning, music generation systems, or any other generative AI application without prior written permission from Function Loops.
